A little charity goes a long way…

We are big supporters of community involvement, awesome events, and dogs so why not show some support with a few sweet posters! The second annual Copper Dog 150 (held in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula) is here and they need volunteers! If you are interested in supporting a growing event that brings together people, pooches, and fun then I encourage you to sign-up as a volunteer at or at the very least enjoy the posters.

Where have we been?

So it has been awhile but I imagine you’ve been busy, and so have we. For instance, Jeff bought a road bike, and I bought kayak. Both good uses of summertime, I assure you.
In addition to our sport activities, we’ve been developing logos, working on websites, and updating past projects….

Sweet Potato Souffle

By on April 13, 2009 | Leave a comment

With Easter gone by, I figured I’d share one recipe that seems to get a lot of positive feedback, albeit late. I feel that it goes over well for two reasons, 1) adults like that it has sweet potatoes which they relate to being a healthy food, 2) it’s filled with so much sugar that if you can get a kid to try it, they will assuredly be willing to try sweet potatoes again 🙂

Ok, I said there would be recipes and now we’ve got a recipe! So, I’m not a health food nut or even a vegetarian (however I am respectful of those who are) but this chili is amazing. If you aren’t sure about tofu or meatless chili in general, I highly recommend this.

Happy New Year from Jelyco!

By on January 5, 2009 | Leave a comment

Well, we are a little untimely with our well wishes but better late than ever! We hope everyone is having no problem sticking to their New Year’s resolutions and that the holidays were not completely exhausting. (Like they were for some of us!!)
The New Year is a good time to reflect and examine the current processes used in your life as well as your business. Day-to-day communications, publications, and media are all places that can be improved. I’ve put together a short list to ponder while you are busy accomplishing all the other resolutions.

  • Does your website direct visitors to complete a certain action? (Such as contacting you for more information, requesting a quote, signing up for your newsletter, etc.)
  • Have you tried using an email campaign to market a specific product or service to your customers?
  • How have you made your products or services known to your customers?
  • How do your clients think of you and your brand?

If you believe that your company could benefit from taking a closer look at the above ideas, contact us today and we’ll work on helping you set some resolutions for your company during 2009!
